In the case of cancellation, you can only cancel a product(s) within 24 hours of order placement. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the full money will be refunded to you.

Karma Ayurveda is entitled to charge a sum, which either could be a nominal cancellation fee or wholesome order value. We only charge from your subsequent orders, complete/part cancellation fee because a lot of labor is involved of our merchants and delivery contractors in placing your order. Tons of people place orders each day, and it is not at all possible to entertain each cancellation without charging any cancellation fee.

However, we are liable not to charge any fee if there is a mismatch in the service in response to our delivery contractors or merchants or service not delivered right or anything in between.

We are also committed to you in the case of service unavailability. Sometimes, our service gets delayed because humans do not have a hold on natural calamities, or if there is some genuine reason. In that case, you shall be refunded based on our refund policy. Kindly read our refund policies before you place an order to avoid any hassle in the later stages.

Right to Cancel Services

Karma Ayurveda reserves the sole right to cancel services at any point in the following scenarios:

• If the requested service is currently unavailable.
• We are unable to make contact with you over phone or email at the time of order placement.
• Improper address details, directions, or authorization provided at the time of order placement.

Refund Eligibility

Those who prepay for the service via online payment methods are authorized to get a refund. Refunds are also eligible in the following cases:

• Your preferred location is not under our serviceable zone.
• Our failure to contact you via phone or email at the time of order confirmation.
• Cancellation by you because of trainers' and dieticians’ unavailability at the time of booking.

Karma Ayurveda holds the right to refund solely, and our decision shall be final.

Upon refund approval, the credited amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
